The Carlson Law Firm spent two days volunteering with children at the San Antonio Children’s Hospital in May.

The firm began supporting the San Antonio Children’s Hospital last month when it raised funds for the non-profit hospital through pin pandemonium sales during Fiesta kick-off event on April 18. A week and a half later, the firm sent employees to volunteer at the Children’s hospital by helping children with arts and crafts.

“These kids miss out on so much when they are in the hospital,” Carlson Law Firm Partner Edna Elizondo said. “Being able to give them a chance to get out of their rooms is just as fun for us as it is for them.”

In addition to Pin Pandemonium and its volunteer days, The Carlson Law Firm raised money benefitting the San Antonio Children’s Hospital in The Battle of Flower Parade. The firm presented a $1,100 check to the hospital from its charitable sales.

“We stand firm in our belief that the Children’s Hospital is an important part of the San Antonio community and we hope to do more for them,” Partner Steve Dummitt said. “It’s an honor to be able to show these children just how much we care about them.”
