LUBBOCK, Texas- Christmas came early this year, with Santa Carlson’s Toys-to-Go gifting more than 500 wrapped gifts to the Lubbock community on Dec. 15. For its third consecutive year, The Carlson Law Firm, alongside other local businesses, wrapped and shared the Christmas spirit across the Lubbock community with hundreds of children and their families.
The Carlson Law Firm hosts Santa Carlson’s Toys-to-Go each year to greet the holiday season. The Carlson Law Firm asks for donations with the intention of matching all donation proceeds. This year, Carlson’s Toys-to-Go reached over $6,000 worth of toys. Items gifted included bicycles, scooters, dolls, nerf guns, and so much more.
“We look forward to this event every year, as it gives us the best way to give back to our community,” said associate Valerie Malone. “Every dollar, every minute of shopping, and every effort to make this happen is completely worth it. We can’t thank everyone enough who helped make this event as successful as it was. It couldn’t make us happier to know that no single child left the office without a gift and will have at least one gift to open this Christmas.”
